At around 11:20 a.m., a 2009 Chevrolet pickup truck, driven by Betty Pennington, 78, of Bryan, was heading east on University Drive East. The fatal accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 84 near Roscoe, just west of Sweetwater.
