Two people were killed and several others injured after a three-vehicle accident in southeast Dallas on Monday. The incident happened at around 9:30 p.m. on the intersection of Military Parkway and Jim Miller Road. A Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by Leodegario Hernandez Juarez, 34, of Irving, ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into two other cars. A teenager was fatally struck while walking in Atascosa County by a car whose driver fled early Sunday. Samantha Garza, 18, was attending a Halloween party Saturday night dressed as Batman when she was walking on FM 476 near Adcock Road and got hit by a Pontiac G6 which then fled the scene. Department of Public Safety Trooper Jeffrey Denman said a passer-by on the poorly lit road spotted Garza's body and called 911. There were no witnesses to the hit-and-run. A 19-year veteran of the San Antonio Police Department is in critical condition after an off-duty motorcycle crash in Selma on Monday. According to San Antonio police spokesman Sgt. Javier Salazar, 44-year-old Gary Donivan was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center and was being treated for major head trauma following an accident which occurred near the FM 1518 exit. A one-vehicle crash in Rockdale early Sunday morning claimed the life of an Oklahoma man. At approximately 12:55 a.m., a 2000 Toyota pickup truck was travelling in a southeast direction along FM 487 when the driver lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway. A woman was found dead at the scene of an accident early Sunday morning near Centerville. The victim, identified as Roxane Dooley, was driving on Highway 7 west of Centerville when she veered off the road and crashed into a tree. Authorities said Dooley was pronounced dead at the scene. An Evadale woman was killed when she was hit by a car on Texas 62 early Monday morning. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 27-year-old Jana Nicole Fachorn was pronounced dead on the scene by Justice of the Peace Becky Cleveland. The incident happened when Fachorn was standing in the northbound lane of Texas 62 and a 1995 Ford Mustang heading north struck her. The driver of the Ford Mustang was uninjured. A man died and his teenage daughter was seriously injured following a motorcycle accident on U.S. 67 near Stephenville Sunday night. The fatal accident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, about three miles south of Stephenville. Miguel Angel Licea, 37, of Comanche, was riding a 2005 Yamaha with his 15-year-old daughter, Heather Licea, heading south on U.S. 67 when they slammed into an eastbound 1996 Chevrolet pickup.
