At 4 a.m. Sunday morning, June 3^rd, Terry Lawson age 60 and passenger Jeffrey King age 40, were southbound riding a pickup when Lawson crossed the center line of Missouri 5 in northern Camden County. Overcorrecting, he swerved to the right side which led him to crash into a tree, flipping his pickup and landing on its top.

Lawson from Leander, Texas and King of Kansas City, were both not wearing a seatbelt and immediately died in this fatal wreck.
