A rollover accident Monday on U.S. Interstate 35 left three people, including a 2-year-old child, from Burkburnett injured.
At about 8:22 a.m., a Dodge pickup was traveling south on I-35, about five miles north of Clear Lake, when it apparently hit a patch of light snow that had fallen.
The pickup’s driver, Shala Strickland, 21, of Burkburnett, lost control causing the vehicle to flip and land on its top in the median.
Strickland and passengers, 27-year-old Troy Larson and 2-year-old McKenly Larson were taken to Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa where they were treated for minor injuries.
All three were released from the hospital Monday.
The Clear Lake and Mason City fire departments responded to the accident.
