The Ticket radio personality Sean “Seabass” Bass was injured in a crash on September 21st on Centerville Road that killed his female passenger.
The fatal accident happened when a suspected drunk driver in a 2000 Ford Expedition crossed the center line in Centerville Road near Glenbrook in Garland and hit Bass’ vehicle head-on at around 8:20 p.m. Friday.
Most of the impact was on the passenger’s side and killed Bass’ passenger, 24-year-old Heather VanHoozer.
Both Bass and VanHoozer were transported to Baylor University Medical Center. Bass sustained minor injuries and has been released from the hospital Monday.
Osvaldo Cerda, 18, the driver of the SUV, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
