A rollover crash Sunday night along a rural road in Medina County claimed the life of a corrections officer.

Christopher Joseph Molnar, 19, was driving a 2009 Toyota Yaris heading south on State Highway 173 near mile post 500 when the wreck happened.

Texas Department of Public Safety officials said Molnar lost control and rolled the vehicle.

Molnar was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the wreck.

Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fatal accident.
