Brownsville police are investigating the deadly accident that killed a man over the weekend.
It was 6 a.m. Sunday when Cesar Abundez, 31, died in a crash at the 6000 block of Highway 48.
Investigators are identifying the cause of the wreck.
Rains may have played a factor in the fatal accident.
Another vehicle may have also been involved.
The fatal accident remains under investigation.
