Two brothers who left the scene after striking another boat and killed a man in Southeast Texas have turned themselves in Sunday night. The operators of a motor boat fled after hitting a fishing boat with two men on board Saturday night in Baytown's Cedar Bayou. One victim was rescued shortly after the incident while his companion, Damon Miller of Baytown, was missing. Two days after the accident, Miller’s body was recovered by The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Paige Davila Killed in Springtown Crash

A single-vehicle wreck late Monday killed a North Texas teenager and injured 2 others. At about 11 p.m. on northbound Farm Road 51, near the Springtown city limits, 17-year-old Paige Davila was speeding when her vehicle left the roadway and hit a speed limit sign. The names of the victims of Saturday night’s three-vehicle wreck in Centerville have been released. Charles Thomas Brown, 72, of Centerville was driving in Highway 7 east of Centerville when he sideswiped an SUV and another vehicle. Thomas Fairbrother Killed in Dallas Construction Accident

Two men were killed in a construction accident in Dallas this weekend. Construction workers Thomas Fairbrother and Terry Weaver, both from Austin, were on top of a crane as it was being removed from a building under construction on the Dallas campus of the University of Texas. Witnesses say the crane buckled under extremely high winds. Thomas Fairbrother is described by family members as a devout Catholic who was extremely passionate about his job. A Border Patrol agent has given his life while serving in the line of duty after an ATV crash early Friday. According to the report by El Paso Times, 29-year-old Agent Leopoldo Cavazos Jr. was on patrol near Fort Hancock when the accident occurred. A motorcycle driver died Tuesday night while trying to flee from police. According to department spokesman Joe Harn, a 2002 Honda motorcycle was traveling over 100 mph northbound on Interstate-635 at about 8:40 p.m. A Garland Police Department officer attempted to stop the driver but he exited onto Northwest Highway. A family mourns the death of a young man who was killed in a car crash in Austin this past weekend. A car driven by Madeline Rackle plunged into Lady Bird Lake early Sunday morning.
