A man was killed in a two-vehicle collision Friday night in an intersection on west Harris County.
The accident happened at approximately 9:05 p.m. when a northbound blue Chevrolet pickup was speeding in the 1000 block of Mason and ran a red light at the Interstate 10 feeder road. The pickup slammed into a westbound Toyota Tacoma and hit the driver’s side.
The Tacoma then spun around and crashed into a Pontiac, which was southbound on Mason and was stopped at the red light.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the driver of the Tacoma, Michael Bisotooni, who was in his 50’s, was pronounced dead on the scene.
No other injuries were reported and no charges have been filed.
The accident remains under investigation.
