A woman was dead after she crossed Culebra Road near Potranco Road on the West Side and was struck by two vehicles.
The victim was identified as 38-year-old Heidi Jane Lowry.
According to police, Lowry was crossing the street just before 6 a.m. Tuesday when a westbound SUV and an eastbound pickup struck her just east of the intersection.
Lowry was pronounced dead on the scene.
