A fatal crash in North Texas on July 29, 2012 left one man dead.
Police said Eddie Durrett, 57, was driving his SUV late Sunday night when he failed to yield the right of way and slammed his vehicle into a tanker truck. Durrett was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the truck, 50-year-old David Talley, was uninjured.
It was reported that Durrett worked for Conoco-Phillips and he is survived by six young children.
