A 26-year-old man was killed after he was ejected from his vehicle in a one-vehicle crash in Knox County.
David Anthony Lamb from Seymour died Monday morning after the crash on U.S. Highway 82, about five miles east of Benjamin, Texas at around 2:00 a.m.
Lamb was traveling westbound on the highway in a 2003 Dodge Pickup when he failed to negotiate a curve, causing the truck to skid across the eastbound lane, go into a south barrow ditch and overturn through a fence.
Lamb, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the pickup.
He was pronounced dead at 8:30 a.m.
His body was taken to Smith Funeral Home in Munday, Texas.
