A chopper crashed on Highway 90 near Crosby on Monday killing two people.
An R-22 Robinson helicopter went into a tailspin just a few minutes after it had fueled up in Baytown and crashed at around 3:30 p.m. on the property of Oilfield Pipeline Co. near Miller Road and Crosby Freeway.
The pilot, Christopher Yeager, 40, and his passenger, photographer Joyce Ates, 60, were killed.
Texas Department of Public Safety and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the wreck.
