Two men were killed in a construction accident in Dallas this weekend.

Construction workers Thomas Fairbrother and Terry Weaver, both from Austin, were on top of a crane as it was being removed from a building under construction on the Dallas campus of the University of Texas. Witnesses say the crane buckled under extremely high winds.

Thomas Fairbrother is described by family members as a devout Catholic who was extremely passionate about his job.

No official cause of the collapse has been determined. O.S.H.A. is investigating.
