A Texas man died in a single vehicle crash on La. Highway 10 in East Feliciana Parish just after midnight on Monday. Louisiana State Police troopers said Richard Kennedy Jr., 25, of Austin, TX, was driving a pickup towing a travel trailer east on LA Highway 10, east of LA Highway 961 in East Feliciana Parish, when he veered of the left side of the road and hit several trees. A two-vehicle crash in West Oak Cliff early Monday morning claimed two lives and injured four, including a pregnant woman and a child. Just before midnight on Sunday, a GMC Terrain carrying five people was stopped at a red light on the 3700 block of W. Davis St. when a Hyundai Santa Fe ran a red light and rear-ended the SUV. A 20-year-old Tuscola man is dead after a two-auto crash north of Bradshaw Monday night. The incident occurred at about 8:40 p.m. on Highway 83 near milepost 348 and the intersection of County Road 205. Jason Earl Winegeart was travelling north when he glided onto the southbound lane and collided with another vehicle head-on. The crash of a helicopter operated by Dallas-area based CareFlite near Eastland on Sunday injured the pilot and two medics. The 10-year-old Agusta 109 helicopter was on its way to pick up a patient when it crashed at around 9:30 a.m. near County Road 309, less than six miles from the Eastland Municipal Airport, where the patient was waiting. Two female refugee teenagers were killed in an apparent hit and run accident on Sunday. The victims were identified as Irafasha Vestina, 14, and Violette Ntawurusimba, 13. At about 8 p.m. Sunday, the girls were walking to Irafasha's home after having dinner with her brother when a pickup truck hit them. The driver, 19-year-old Gillermo Flores, initially fled the scene but his family turned him in to the police. A man was shot dead following an argument with two other men at the parking lot outside Northwest Dallas nightclub early Sunday. The Dallas Police Department said 27-year-old Ruben Riguero-Brito of Rowlett was shot once at 4:40 a.m. outside the Cabaret Royale club in the 10700 block of Composite Drive. A Rowlett man was fatally shot following an argument with two other men early Sunday outside a Northwest Dallas club. Ruben Riguero-Brito, 27, was taken to a local hospital where he died.
